Memory Care Manor at Strawberry Point Lutheran Home offers an environment for people to live, not just reside. We encourage freedom within a secure setting. Our goal is to maximize independence in a safe environment. We provide a community where dependent adults with dementia receive care and support in the Christian spirit of love and compassion.
Memory Care Manor, a dementia CCDI unit, provides for residents who meet the criteria needing a secure environment having boundaries and activities to enhance the life of the person struggling with memory and/or behavioral diagnosis.
Rates
Memory Care Manor rate: $320/day
Private pay skilled care is available at $550/day
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, VA contracts, and most other insurance programs.
The price is a per day charge and includes:
